Returns and exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your Yireh fit. If an eligible item is not right, follow the steps below.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from marks or odors, and returned with original tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Final-sale, personalized, gift-card, or hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded where permitted by law.

Start a request

1. Email support@yirehscrubs.com with your order number and email address.
2. Select the item and reason for return.
3. Follow the return instructions provided.

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Allow 5–10 business days after approval for the credit to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If a direct exchange is not available, return the original item and place a new order for the preferred size or color.
