Fit

How should medical scrubs fit?

Short answer. Medical scrubs should skim, not cling and not drown. The waist stays without a death grip. The shoulder sits flat. The hem does not puddle on the floor.

The three-move test

Squat, reach overhead, sit. If the rise drops, the neckline gapes, or the pant stacks, the fit is wrong — even if the size number is the one you always buy.

Do not size up ‘for comfort’

A bigger size often adds drag, not ease. Use the size guide and the silhouette you actually move in.
