Care

How do you get iodine and chlorhexidine stains out of medical scrubs?

Short answer. Treat while damp, skip hot water first, and avoid rubbing the stain into a bigger halo. Cold wash, enzyme detergent, sun if the fabric allows.

Speed matters

A dried iodine map is a souvenir. Keep a stain routine in the locker, not only at home.

What not to do

Bleach on color. Hot water first. A dryer as a wish.
